Therapist

“I’m fortunate to have a career that is invigorating, challenging, rewarding - most importantly, person-centered that, “I Absolutely Adore!”.  Often persons seek my help when at their lowest point in life, whether by choice or force. Also, when one feels hopeless, helpless and/or desperate for change/answers for their next steps but needs objectivity…without shame/guilt--- even when these decisions are as a result of a traumatic event or experience.  No matter what the circumstances, whether you self-assess, and/or are referred by others, I’m here to help! The causal factor isn’t nearly as important as the solution. I provide integrated, person-centered care utilizing a myriad of solution-focused techniques. These eclectic services begin after a period of self-discovery/defining the problem, as well as, identifying goals/ expectations. The multi-model techniques introduced/used in therapy can empower one with tools that can change the trajectory of one’s life before, during and post-COVID.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with national endorsement/certification for both licit and illicit substances since 1987.  If you believe you or your loved ones may benefit from what I have to offer, please reach out!  I’ve expertise working with dual diagnosed persons in all modalities, i.e. Inpatient, Residential, PHP, and Outpatient. I’ve extensive experience working with special needs, as well as LGBTQI populations.  Further, I have over ten years’ experience providing telehealth or virtual services to military/civilian service members and their families all over the world. Along with adults/senior populations, I’ve worked with children, youth, teens and young adults in all environments, which includes schools starting at age 5.
