Ophelia Lewis

Ophelia is an LA County native with a deep-rooted compassion for helping others. She believes healing is a collective process grounded in community, collaboration, and cultural practices. Ophelia is passionate about supporting marginalized communities, empowering individuals, and fostering understanding through diverse perspectives.

Currently a graduate student at Bowie State University, Ophelia is pursuing her Master’s in Counseling Psychology. Her counseling approach is grounded in a decolonized, intersectional framework that addresses intergenerational and systemic trauma. With an eclectic, person-centered style, she tailors each session to meet her clients' unique needs, aiming to support them on their individual healing journeys. Ophelia strives to be the compassionate guide that helps others reconnect with their authentic selves, find joy, and thrive.
